Chad is a mindfulness teacher who creates, teaches and researches the impacts of meditation practices on well-being and performance.
Chad has taught mindfulness in various settings including with current college athletes, retired professional athletes, police officers and K-12 students and teachers. Chad uses a teaching approach that incorporates findings from modern neuroscience along with accessible ways to incorporate the practice into our daily lives.
He is interested in finding effective ways to train the mind for resilience, balance and authentic connections in organizations and our personal lives.
