Join Center collaborator Chad McGehee for a virtual, live guided meditation Thursday, March 11 at 11 a.m. CT (12 p.m. ET/ 9 a.m. PST). He will lead a unique meditation that uses the same mindfulness approaches he developed for world class, elite athletes. McGehee is the Director of Meditation Training with UW Athletics. This virtual event is free and open to the public.
